Cage or Gun-Boat on Slopes to Be Provided with Protector

Section 714. Cage or Gun-Boat on Slopes to Be Provided with Protector.--Whenever practicable, every cage or gun-boat used for lowering or hoisting persons in any slope, shall be provided with a proper protector, so constructed that persons, while on such cage or gun-boat, shall not be struck by anything which may fall or roll down said slope.
