Section 805. Cars Not to Be Coupled or Uncoupled While in Motion.--No person shall couple or uncouple loaded or empty cars while the same are in motion: Provided, however, That this shall not apply to the top or bottom men of slopes, planes or shafts.
Compiler's Note: Section 9(b) of Act 173 of 1978 provided that section 805 is repealed insofar as it is inconsistent with 1 Pa.C.S. § 2301(d) (relating to equality of rights based on sex).
