Injured Persons Removed by Ambulance

Section 903. Injured Persons Removed by Ambulance.--Whenever any person or persons employed in or about a mine or colliery shall receive such injury, by accident or otherwise while so employed, as would render him or them unable to walk to his or their place of abode, the operator or superintendent of such mine or colliery shall immediately cause such person or persons to be removed in said motor ambulance to his or their place of abode or to a hospital, as the case may require.
