Exceptions to Requirements of Ambulance

Section 904. Exceptions to Requirements of Ambulance.--It is provided, however, that the operator or superintendent of any mine or colliery shall be excepted from the requirement of a motor ambulance, as aforesaid, if a community ambulance is available at all times for use in case of need at the mine.
