Appeal to the Commissioner of Forestry

Section 702. Appeal to the Commissioner of Forestry.--If any person shall feel aggrieved by the act of any fire-warden, such person may appeal to the Commissioner of Forestry, who will examine into the complaint. After hearing the parties he shall decide as to him shall seem just and right.
