Change of Name

Section 3. Change of Name.--The Charter of Temple University shall be amended by changing the name of Temple University to "Temple University--Of The Commonwealth System of Higher Education," hereinafter referred to as "the University" and, as such, shall continue as a corporation for the same purposes as, and with all rights and privileges heretofore granted to, Temple University, unless hereinafter modified or changed.
