Section 16. Restriction on use of funds.
The following restrictions shall apply to the projects specified in section 3(9):
(1) No amount of the project allocation to the Polk Center may be expended on deactivation or decommissioning of the Polk Center.
(2) No amount of the project allocation to the White Haven Center may be expended on deactivation or decommissioning of the White Haven Center.
