Section 4. Montour County
The citizens of the County of Montour who are qualified to elect members of the legislature shall elect one reputable citizen to be prothonotary and clerk of the several courts, and one to be register and recorder for the said county. 1850, May 3, P.L. 658, Sec. 4.
