Section 4. Expiration.
In the event that the conveyances from Chester County to the Natural Lands Trust, Inc., under sections 1 and 2 are not executed within 60 months of the effective date of this act, the authorization to alter the deed restriction under section 1 or 2, as applicable, shall expire.
