Section 1. CMSgt. Richard L. Etchberger Memorial Highway.
(a) Designation.--Interstate 78 in Berks County from mile marker 23 to mile marker 35 is hereby designated as the CMSgt. Richard L. Etchberger Memorial Highway.
(b) Signs.--The Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs displaying the name of the highway designated under subsection (a) to traffic in both directions.
