Section 1. Sgt. Brett D. Swank Memorial Highway.
(a) Designation.--The portion of State Route 11 from the bridge carrying State Route 11 over the Susquehanna River in Point Township, Northumberland County, known as the Barry King Memorial Bridge to the Montour County line is hereby designated as the Sgt. Brett D. Swank Memorial Highway.
(b) Signs.--The Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain signs to traffic in both directions to indicate the designation under subsection (a).
