Section 1. Be it enacted, &c., That any city, borough, or township may cooperate with the county in which it is situated, and with any political subdivisions within such county, as well as with the Department of Health of this Commonwealth, in the administration and enforcement of the health laws and of the rules and regulations of the Department of Health of this Commonwealth.
