Section 3. Section 508, subsections (e), (f) and (h) of the act, approved the ninth day of April, one thousand nine hundred twenty-nine (Pamphlet Laws 177), as amended by the act, approved the twenty-first day of June, one thousand nine hundred thirty- seven (Pamphlet Laws 1865), and the act, approved the third day of June, one thousand nine hundred forty-three (Pamphlet Laws 829), are hereby repealed.
