Section 1. This act, with respect to the Municipal Pension Advisory Committee established by the act of July 9, 1981 (P.L.208, No.66), known as the Public Employee Retirement Study Commission Act, constitutes the legislation required to reestablish an agency pursuant to the act of December 22, 1981 (P.L.508, No.142), known as the Sunset Act.
