Section 4. During the term of said sublease or any renewal thereof, the Mercy-Douglass Hospital shall be subject to the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and to the rules and regulations promulgated by any department, board or commission of the Commonwealth, or any agency governing private nonprofit institutions.
