Section 11. Reimbursement of Land and Water Development Fund for Interest on Notes.--To the extent that interest on notes issued pursuant to the authority of this act shall have been paid out of the Development Fund, the General Assembly shall in the fiscal year commencing July 1, 1967, appropriate the moneys necessary to reimburse the Development Fund for the amount of such interest. All moneys so appropriated shall be paid into the Development Fund by the State Treasurer.
