Section 3. The act, approved the thirtieth day of March, one thousand nine hundred fifteen (Pamphlet Laws 34), entitled "An act to promote the health and efficiency of firemen, in cities of the second class, by providing for a two-platoon system for firemen in the department of public safety of such cities," its amendments and supplements, is hereby repealed in so far as it applies to cities of the second class A.
All other acts and parts of acts inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed.
