Section 1. Judge Herbert W. Cummings/Judge Harold M. McClure Memorial Bridge.
The highway bridge carrying Pennsylvania Route 45 over the Susquehanna River connecting the Township of West Chillisquaque, Northumberland County, with the Borough of Lewisburg, Union County, is hereby officially designated and shall be known as the Judge Herbert W. Cummings/Judge Harold M. McClure Memorial Bridge.
