Section 2. The sum of fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000), or as much thereof as may be necessary, is hereby specifically appropriated to the State Employes' Retirement Fund for the fiscal year July 1, 1965, to June 30, 1966, for the purpose of making the payments provided for in this act and for administrative costs related thereto.
