Section 4. Limitation on use of property.
The land conveyed pursuant to this act shall be used for governmental purposes and, if at any time the government or its successor in function authorizes or permits said property to be used for any purpose other than governmental, the title shall immediately revert and revest in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
