Section 9. Wash and Dressing-Rooms; Water-Closets.--In every establishment where females are employed, toilets, wash-rooms and retiring rooms shall be provided in accordance with the General Safety Law, act No.174, May 18, 1937 (P.L.654), as amended and Regulations for Industrial Sanitation promulgated by the Industrial Board of the Department of Labor and Industry.
