Section 10. Use of existing funds.
The sum of $8,779,000, which is the amount authorized for the purchase of furniture and equipment for the projects which are included in section 4, shall be provided from excess funds available in the unallocated reserve of the Capital Facilities Fund from previous furniture and equipment appropriations.
