Section 11. Restriction on certain funds.
The new and additional funds provided for DGS 948-37, the expansion of central air conditioning system to the Main Capitol Building, DGS 948-35, the fire safety code improvements to the Capitol Complex specifically relating to the Capitol Building and the repair and renovation of the Capitol Complex, itemized in section 3(7)(i)(B), (C) and (E), shall only be disbursed upon the written approval of both the Chief Clerk of the Senate and the Chief Clerk of the House of Representatives. The new and additional funds provided for DGS 948-35, the fire safety code improvements relating to the North Office Building shall only be disbursed upon the written approval of the Chief Clerk of the Senate. The new and additional funds provided for DGS 948-35, the fire safety code improvements relating to the South Office Building and DGS 946-2, renovation and conversion of the Old Museum Building for legislative offices shall only be disbursed upon the written approval of the Chief Clerk of the House of Representatives.
