Section 22. Coordination.
The program provided for in section 3(14)(iv)(A) and (B) shall be developed in conjunction with the project referenced in section 5(b)(15)(i)(B) of the act of December 28, 1992 (P.L.1694, No.188), known as the Capital Budget Project Itemization Act of 1991-1992, subject to the conditions set forth in the act of June 28, 1993 (P.L.134, No.31), known as the Capital Budget Act of 1993-1994.
