Section 1.1. Francis H. "Bud" Scherer Memorial Highway.
(a) Designation.--State Route 830 extending from Interstate 80 to the DuBois-Jefferson County Airport in Washington Township, Jefferson County, is designated and shall be known as the Francis H. "Bud" Scherer Memorial Highway.
(b) Signs.--The Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain signs which shall display the name of the highway designated in subsection (a) at each end of the designated road.
