Compiler's Note: Section 2 of Act 49 of 2000, which deleted
section 5, provided that the amendment of section 5 shall
take effect on the effective date of regulations
promulgated under section 9(1).
Compiler's Note: Section 6(a) of Act 48 of 1981, which
provided for the fixing of fees charged by administrative
agencies, provided that section 5 is repealed insofar as
it establishes a set fee for any activity inconsistent
with the fees set forth in Act 48.
