Section 11. Any two or more companies, incorporated under the act to which this is a supplement, may, with the consent of two-thirds of the stockholders in each, consolidate with each other into one corporation, under such name as may be agreed, upon filing a certificate to such effect in the office of the secretary of the commonwealth.
