Section 2. Process for breach of ordinance in Philadelphia
For all breaches of the ordinances of the City of Philadelphia, on and after the first day of July next, the original process shall be as now prescribed in cases of security of the peace: Provided, That the remedy by suit of certiorari shall be as heretofore. 1857, 7, P.L. 425, Sec. 2.
