Section 1. The bridge presently under reconstruction on State Routes 6 and 11, known as L.R.9, section 041, in the Borough of Clarks Summit, Lackawanna County, is hereby officially designated and shall be known as the Parker-Wescott Vietnam Veterans Memorial Bridge.
