Section 2

Section 2. That part of East Providence township, situate, lying, and being in the new county of Fulton, is hereby erected into a new township, to be called Brush creek, and the qualified voters thereof shall hold their general, special, and township elections at the house of Mistress Catharine Barton, in said township; and Elijah Barton is hereby appointed judge and John Akers and Noah Barton, jr., inspectors of the elections to be held in October next.
