Section 22. Fulton County
The qualified electors of the County of Fulton shall elect one person to fill the offices of prothonotary, clerk of the courts of Oyer and Terminer, General Quarter Sessions and Orphans' Court, register of wills and recorder of deeds. 1850, April 19, P.L. (1851) 805, Sec. 22.
