Section 9. That the inhabitants of the county of Fulton shall elect members of Congress, Senators, and members of the House of Representatives, in the same manner and at the same times and places as if this act had not passed; and the return judges of the representative district composed by the counties of Bedford and Fulton, shall meet at the court house in the borough and county of Bedford.
