Section 1. The Department of Transportation shall redesignate and note on all of its official highway maps that portion of Legislative Route 64089 in Murrysville, Westmoreland County, which is now designated as Mill Street, as Vincent Hall Road. In addition, the department shall make all appropriate sign changes.
