Section 1. General Strong Vincent Memorial Highway.
(a) Designation.--That section of Route 19 in Erie County, beginning at the south borough line of Waterford and ending at the intersection of Route 19 and Route 20, is hereby designated and shall be known as the General Strong Vincent Memorial Highway.
(b) Signs.--The Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain road signs, which shall display the name of General Strong Vincent Memorial Highway, at the beginning and the end of the section of the highway designated in subsection (a).
