Section 17. Altered Ticket.--Whenever a pawn ticket has been altered, the pawnbroker's records shall govern, and the pawnbroker shall deliver the pledge according to the terms of the pawn ticket as originally issued, and shall be relieved of any other liability to the pledgor or holder of the ticket.
