Section 1. The section of Traffic Route 63 situate in Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania, beginning at the eastern boundary line of the City of Philadelphia to the Philadelphia County line (Philmont Avenue) is hereby designated and shall be known as the Veterans Memorial Road.
