Section 1. Bridge designation.

The South Street Bridge (S.R.2007) in the City of Wilkes- Barre, Luzerne County, which crosses over Pennsylvania Avenue and Wilkes-Barre Boulevard is hereby redesignated and shall be known as the Ellis Roberts Bridge.
