Section 2

Section 2. The Deed of Conveyance shall contain a clause that the lands conveyed shall be used exclusively for a required juvenile detention center by the Counties of Centre, Clearfield, Clinton, Huntingdon and Mifflin, and if at any time the said Counties of Centre, Clearfield, Clinton, Huntingdon and Mifflin or their successors in function convey the said property or authorizes or permits said property to be used for any purpose other than set forth above, the title thereto shall immediately revert to and revest in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
