Tenure and Compensation of Members of Authority

Section 6. Tenure and Compensation of Members of Authority.--The members, who are appointed, shall serve for the duration of the existence of the Authority, as hereinafter provided. Vacancies shall be promptly filled by the appointing power. A member shall receive no compensation for his services, but shall be entitled to the necessary expenses, including traveling expenses, incurred in the discharge of his duties.
