Section 5. Local laws.
The conveyances authorized in sections 3 and 4 are between agencies of the Commonwealth. No local land use controls or subdivision regulations, including, but not limited to, zoning and subdivision ordinances, shall apply to the conveyances in sections 3 and 4.
