Section 8. Minor modifications to legal descriptions.
The Department of General Services is authorized to make minor modifications to the legal descriptions contained in this act, within its conveyance documents, based on a final land survey plan to be prepared by Sweetland Engineering & Associates, Inc., under an agreement with the Department of General Services.
