Section 1. (a) Pursuant to the requirements of section 20(b) of the act of June 22, 1964 (Sp.Sess., P.L.131, No.8), known as the Project 70 Land Acquisition and Borrowing Act, the General Assembly hereby authorizes the Department of General Services, with the approval of the Governor and the Department of Environmental Resources, to convey to the Piney Run Mining Company the following described tract number 1 in exchange for tract numbers 2 and 3 located in Lower Yoder Township, Cambria County, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
(b) Said land conveyed to Piney Run Mining Company shall be free of restrictions on use and alienation prescribed by section 20 of the Project 70 Land Acquisition and Borrowing Act, upon substitution of the Project 70 land for land at least equal in value, subject, however, to all existing easements of record.
