Section 1. James E. Russo Highway.
(a) Declaration of policy.--The General Assembly finds and declares that:
(1) James E. Russo served as an Allegheny County
district justice for 29 years.
(2) Judge Russo was appointed as the first district
justice to serve on the former Judicial Conduct Board,
predecessor to the Court of Judicial Discipline of
Pennsylvania, in 1998.
(b) Designation.--State Route 65 in the vicinity of Leetsdale, Allegheny County, shall be designated as the James E. Russo Highway in honor of the late James E. Russo.
(c) Signs.--The Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain signs which shall display the name of the highway designated in subsection (b) at each end of the designated segment.
