Section 3. Major Richard D. Winters Bridge.
(a) Declaration of policy.--The SR 0322 bridge over the Swatara Creek on Paxton Street between Derry and Swatara Townships in Dauphin County is hereby designated as the Major Richard D. Winters Bridge.
(b) Signs.--The Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs to indicate the designation in subsection (a).
