Section 5. Russell P. Letterman Wild Area.
(a) Designation.--The 4,959 acres of the Sproul State Forest in northwestern Clinton County now known as the Fish Dam Wild Area is hereby designated and shall be known as the Russell P. Letterman Wild Area.
(b) Signs.--The Department of Conservation and Natural Resources shall erect and maintain signage that it deems appropriate, which shall display the name of the Russell P. Letterman Wild Area.
