Section 1. Sergeant Donald S. Oaks Memorial Bridge.
(a) Redesignation.--The bridge carrying section A80 of the East Side Access Highway, SR 4034, over Fourmile Creek and the Wintergreen Gorge in Harborcreek Township, Erie County, is redesignated the Sergeant Donald S. Oaks Memorial Bridge.
(b) Signs.--The Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs displaying the name of the bridge redesignated in subsection (a) at each end of the bridge.
