Section 3. Copy of advertisement to be accompanied with order for publication
All officers who may be authorized to advertise as aforesaid, shall accompany each copy of the advertisements, furnished by them for publication, with an order, stating the number of lines or squares such advertisements are each to occupy when inserted, and the number of insertions which is to be given to each of the same. 1874, May 6, p.l. 309, sec. 3.
