Section 9. Repeals.
Repeals are as follows:
(1) The General Assembly declares that the repeal under
paragraph (2) is necessary to effectuate section 3.
(2) Section 2003(e)(7) of the act of April 9, 1929
(P.L.177, No.175), known as The Administrative Code of 1929,
is repealed.
