Section 2. The following parts of acts are hereby repealed to the extent hereinafter specified:
(1) Section three of the act, approved the nineteenth day of March, one thousand eight hundred four (Pamphlet Laws 330), entitled "An act to regulate the administering of certain oaths," absolutely.
(2) Section two of the act, approved the twenty-fourth day of March, one thousand eight hundred seventy-four (Pamphlet Laws 48, No.7), entitled "An act providing for the election of lieutenant governor and fixing his salary," in so far as it provides for the administration of the oath of office to the Lieutenant-Governor elect.
All acts and parts of acts are hereby repealed in so far as they are inconsistent with the provisions of this act.
