Section 1

Section 1. Pursuant to the requirements of subsection (b) of section 20, act of June 22, 1964 (Sp.Sess. P.L.131, No.8), known as the "Project 70 Land Acquisition and Borrowing Act," the General Assembly hereby authorizes the Borough of Warren to transfer the parcel of land described in section 2 to the Warren Young Men's Christian Association for the purpose of erecting a community center/YMCA building. As consideration for the authorization granted by this act, the Borough of Warren shall make repayment to the Commonwealth in the lump sum of $1,622.50, representing the prorated assistance received by the Borough of Warren for the acquisition of the land herein authorized to be transferred. Such repayment shall be credited to the "Project 70 Land Acquisition Fund."
